Valentines day!

 So I am super behind on blogging but here is Abi School Valentines party! It was so much fun. First, they had some yummy snacks.

 Then we sat all there boxes in there right some and the valentines were passed out. It was a little wild!

 This is the box Abi and I made. I was really proud of my little crafty girl!

Her is my cutie passing out the goods. Her teacher is really wonderful! She had fun and so did I. Yeah!!!

HELP!!!!!

 I think every ones life is just super crazy these days.... maybe there is something in the water? My life seems crazier than ever. I am not complaining I have A LOT  to be thankful for however I need some help.   Abi has been super emotional when ever I leave her. At school she cries and begs me not to go. It literally breaks my heart today was the worst.  As much as she loves on me and I love it  but I also want her to love school and enjoy fun things. She says she just wants more time with me so I have tried at night we read or whatever to spend more time together. Just the 2 of us. I know our life for the moment is not exactly normal. I just want to do what is  right for her. Do you think all this craziness is OK? Any ideas on how to handle  this or what to do? I will take anything! Just help me ladies I have NO idea. Thanks!!!

Terrible twos better watch out...... Harris is coming!

 Last Saturday we partied like rock stars. The best part was Harris had so much fun he would barely slow down and all the people we love most were there to help us celebrate! We started with some yummy snacks. Then ........

 We were off to play games. First up was the always fun balloon pop game.  Hare Bear needed a little help.

 Next we did pin the tail on the donkey...... Lots of fun!

 Last we were hitting the pinata and getting out all our frustrations. I was thinking maybe the adults should have a pinata night. When we can get out all our stress.  I think I have a idea for our next girls night.

 The kiddos went wild! I loved it!

  We opened all our goodies! The best part Harris loves all the cards! Thanks again everyone. He really LOVES everything.

 The morning of the party him and daddy were off to get hair cuts. Harris came home with a real MOHAWK. I made a promise when I was preggo that he could give our son a one. He remembered and I came threw with my promise. Honestly he is super cute with it though!

  Mam-Maw and Papa got this super adorable " Thomas the train" big boy bed and he went wild. Thanks Mam-Maw and Papa!

 The cake was yummy! Trains of course he LOVES them!

By the end of the day I was pooped and so was he. It was a great day! I love my little man and I can not wait to see what he manages to do while he is 2. I love my family and every celebration we get to have. Days like this are pretty close to perfect!

My Abigail......

 Life at the moment is a bit wild. On one hand I feel like most of the time my home, myself and my family are all a bit insane. Then on the other hand I feel extremly blessed. Most of the time I go to bed thinking of how I need to be more patient, or less stressed. I think of all the things I wish I could re-do and pray that I will be a mom Abi and Harris remember as happy. Which brings me to this gorgeous picture she drew at school. She showed it to me and said " Mommy this is me and you at our house

 I said "who is who"

She laughed and said " mom you are the one with the big smile, because your always smiling. I am the one with the big blue eyes because everyone says the are beautiful".

I am pretty sure no conversation with Abigail was ever better. On a side note.... look at her pretty name. She is writing so clear and pretty. I love it! Best picture EVER!

So SEXY!!!!

There are a lot of things I think are super sexy about my husband. I could go on and on but 2 things win out every time.

1.) His  wonderful daddy skills. I love to see him play with our children.

and

2.) When he plays the drums. I love to watch him zone out and go wild. I have loved to watch him play since we were teenagers. I remember going to the Lions Club to watch him play.

So to the sexiest man on earth. Happy Valentines days and I wish you played more. I love you babe!

My big brother

  This is my big brother Robbie. I happen to think he is wonderful and since I do not really ever mention him and this is my family journal I figured I better take a chance to say that I love him. This past year like most has been a wild ride for our family. I look back with a lot of emotion. First for how lucky I am and, second for the  love that my heavenly father has for me and my family. I look back and smile at the obvious things my heavenly father has blessed our family with and Robbie is one of them. He has always made me fell loved and strong. Growing up I knew with out doubt that he loved me and would protect me no matter what. Thinking back he really saved me from making a lot of dumb decisions.  It is a blessing to have a big brother. I remember in 9th grade I had to write a essay on who my hero was and it was my brother. The admiration I have for him is beyond words. Growing up our life was wild and  full of trails. All the surgeries and struggles and I can say I have never felt any guilt or frustration for the struggles my legs caused. He loved my and fought with like the rest of my family for me. He is strong, loyal, loving, funny, talented and a wonderful friend. I am so proud of the road he is on and I  hope that one day he finds the peace and happiness he deserves.  He is a great brother. I am thankful for him!

BOXES are cool!

  I recently had a huge wedding and my house was covered every where with boxes and flowers. The boxes gave my kiddos HOURS of fun! I say YEAH for boxes!
