Baby Jackson

As most of you know Jen, Shawn, and Kynleigh are no residents in the state of Louisiana. They left a few weeks ago and I am happy to say.... they are happy and have a ward that is great to them. Before they left Abi and I got to go with them and see whether baby Jackson is a boy or a girl. Mom, Aunt Debbie, and Sherry Jackson (Shawn's mom) all got to join in on the fun!

Shawn crossing  his fingers that it's a Boy!
It's A girl........  I am voting  for the name:
Genevieve Ann Jackson

Because we have a Aunt we love named Aunt Ginny and Jen sounds like Gene
. Then my moms and our Aunt Debbie who we love has a middle name Ann. Jen is not in love with it but I think we should Talk her into it. What do you guys think of the name Genevieve?

We were not exactly sure had Kynleigh felt until we heard the news it was a girl and she turned her chair around and colored. I guess she wanted a brother.
Abi on the other hand was thrilled!

The Ultra sound tech had the coolest little figures of the Actual size that little baby Jackson really was and it was so cute to hold the little tiny replica. Oh Baby Genevieve I love you already!

Congrats Jen, Shawn, and Kynleigh Mae I love you all!!! I also miss you all!

I am way behind!!! ......

Girls camp!!!!! It was so much fun and this year one of my favorite ladies Casey Gentle was the Captain. Our theme this year was TREASURE SEEKERS. With the 13th article of faith as the main inspiration.  I was asked to do crafts which was the best.  I had a great time in fact I think some of the ladies had a better time than the youth. Even with some changes such as 2 days 1 night in the air conditioned ward building and the Holiday Inn for sleeping. Hear are some of my favorite moments.

Crafts we did wooden blocks that were burnt and we put vinyl on that said " seek the treasure you desire the most" and added some wire and pictures to put on top. We also did scrapbooks, i was so relieved that they were a hit!
Marley Barely she and I can find fun anywhere!
  Skipper skipping and twirling.
Treasure hunting......  The girls came in and to get their next clue had to put p-nut butter crackers in their mouths and whistle. It was FUNNY!

I shared a room with to of my best friends Cassie and Katheryn. We were up ALL night chatting and laughing!
Then to add to the fun we listened as Cassie prank called the other rooms. With such hits as .....Is your refrigerator running. No matter how old you get it is just fun!
Then when that got old and we had all showered Cassie got the urge for Waffle house and off we went.
Then the next morning we were off with crafts.
Then that night Katheryn, Marley and I had a hilarious and a  not very reverent moment. Oh, I still smile when I think about it. We were soooo tired!
This is the great women I got to  join and it was a great 2 days!!! Their are really some great women in our stake who LOVE the young women. I am thankful I got to get my " spiritual tank" filled.

Bulow and Tomoka state parks

A couple weekend ago we went to some state parks in Ormond beach and it was a wonderful day. Bulow state park had the remnants of a old sugar mill  that was burnt  by Native Americans. It was really neat to see how easy we have things now all because of technology.

Daddy and the kiddos caught some lizards. Abi was not really sure how she felt about them. She is my little girl.
On the hunt. Harris said" here lizard lizard.... I am gonna get you"
Daddy and the kiddos climbed some trees.
We found this hallow tree trunk. As you can see Harris was fascinated.
Daddy reading the old facts about the sugar mill.
Then we were off to Tomoka park. There was NOTHING there expect for this cute little turtle that decided that he was going to nipple on my brace.

 I LOVE this man!!!!
By the end of the day we were sooooo hot and tired but all of us were in complete bliss. It was a great day we are glad we have such a great daddy and hubby who takes us on fun days.

Abi is a kindergartener

Last Tuesday was a sad sad day in the Jammes home. My little Boo graduated from pre-school. It was so dang cute and she was so dang beautiful.  The day before  My mom and Abigail went just the 2 of them (which it the best... Mam-Maw all  to yourself ) Abi was thrilled! They came back with this cute dress, shoes, and of course a flower for her hair.

Then we were off to go graduate. It was sad because daddy was out of days to take off work. He used them up when I had the surgery so he was bummed and so were we that he missed it. We were the first ones in the class room and my heart broke a little. No more names, cubbyholes, art work, or seats. It was empty.
Once they finally came in we were thrilled to see this cute girl with her finger on her lip.
Next they sang some super cute songs..... her teacher was literally amazing and graduation lived up to how wonderful she is and how much she loves the kiddos!
Mrs Staab gave her a certificate, she shook some hands, and was next to me before I could even breath.
Then she got a glimpse down the aisle and spotted EVERYONE. The cutest par was whent she walked down hugging everyone and Grumps stopped her and whispered in her ear something that had her smiling from ear to ear.

The whole gang.... we took up a whole pew bench and they are super long.

It was a year that went  by so fast I still have no idea where the time went. I can not believe that she is going to be in kindergarten. I can not believe it. I remember holding her in the hospital thinking kindergarten feels like we are a eternity away. Now  here it is. I am thrilled for the summer and all the fun we will have and I am looking forward to every minuet of it. I love you Boo! Everyday you make me feel like  the luckiest mommy ever.

Titus Rex

Last week we went to my 2cd childhood home.... Wolfson children's hospital. My sweet and very curious little nephew stuck something up his little nose and it only could retrieved by some good sedation and a sweet doctor. What was it you ask?  A piece of a nerf gun bullet....of course. Boys are so crazy. He is well and like new.
