Date day!!!

Aaron was given a free pass to go play golf at the Starke golf and country club. That's right I said starke has a country club. We had a great time the weather was nice and cool. I drive the golf cart when we go so I had a good time driving him around. He hates my driving. We had some nice hubby and wife time and He impressed me with his best game of golf ever. This is me happy on my date with the hubby! Thanks mom for watching the babies so we could go have a great time! Your the best!

The starke golf course and country club. Aaron made par at this hole!!

Then he lost the ball in the water at the next hole. He refused to admit it so we looked for it for a bit then he decided that he simply could not find it because the grass was to high. You gotta love his determination.

That's when I also decided if we ever invest our money in stock it should be in golf balls. Aaron loses and least 1 ball a game.

Here is his hole card. I added it up wrong and then we were excited when I did the math right!! All in all it was a excellent day! I love my hubby!!! Great idea babe!

Harris Has a Half Birthday!

Oh How my life has changed since Harris has been in. I was so use to princess' and hair bows. Having a Little mommy's boy was something I longed for. Like most kids Harris has his moments but for the most part he is easy and loving and full of joy. I can already tell just how much like his father he will be. Abigail is so sensitive and tender and Hare bear seems to just roll with the punches. He is happy and giggles at ANYTHING. The only time he gets fussy is at bed time and then once I get him rocking I get cuddled and loved on so I certainly do not mind. I can not believe that he has only been in our life for 6 months. Even though I can not remember a time with out him. I think my Heavenly Father every night for such a sweet, loving and kind son. I also thank Heavenly father for giving me my sweet family for time and all eternity.

Harris is teething so these days catching him without his hands in his mouth is a shocker. I love it though. Check out his eye lashes. Why is it that the boys always get the long lashes?

Look at him he is soooo close to crawling. We are just waiting until he gets going. I hope this is not a picture into the future. He loves to grab her hair.

Look at that adorable face! Like father like son. I love you, Hare Bear!

Aunts = good times!

So Most of you know my mom and well she is the BEST mom and mamaw that anyone could ask for but Saturday I went to the beach with 3 of my aunts and it came to me how lucky I was growing up to have these woman around me. So, I just wanted to share how much they mean to me.
Friday My dads brother my Uncle Eddie, his wife Aunt Karen and 2 of their 3 kids came in town for a great but quick trip. Friday we all went out to Chili's for dinner all 16 of us. Minus Aaron because of him being at work :( We had a great time. We laughed and enjoyed some great family company.

Then on Saturday we hit the beach. Just my family, my aunts , Allison and uncle Joe. Everyone else had things they had to do. We had so much fun. Aaron and Abi made sand castles. Abigail was a mermaid all day in the water. One person would bring her in and before I knew it she was flashing those baby blues and in the water with another family member. She is such a mess!

Harris does not look here like he is loving the beach but he really did. He was in Heaven!

This is my Aunt Debbie and I love her more than she will ever know. She was the one who girlified me growing up. All of the big and life changing moments she was there for. Really from prom dresses to wedding gowns. She was there for dating, all 19 surgeries, and graduation. She did my hair and makeup for all my dances up until my wedding day she made me feel and look beautiful. When I think of moments in my childhood I ALWAYS I think of her. We did slumber parties and she would french braid my hair and paint my nails. I look at kynleigh (Jens daughter) and think I want to have a relationship of simply love, fun and friendship with her. Like I had with Aunt Debbie. THANK YOU for all the good times, I love you for being there for the hard times and I can't wait to enjoy watching as you teach Abi all those same girly things! I Love you!

This is Aunt Karen she lives in Indiana. She is my uncle Eddies wife. For as long as I can remember I remember her. To some her up in a couple words GOOD TIME! I have never met a women who loves kids and enjoys being a aunt like her. Aunt Karen always has a word of encouragement and love. Her kids are amazing and she is a wonderful example of what a wife and mother should be. Aunt Karen thanks for all you do and I love you!

This is my Aunt Suzi she is as well my dad's brothers wife. I guess you could say she is the newest member to my Aunt clan but it certainly does not fell that way. I can not remember what life was with out her. My uncle Kenny was a great uncle with out her however how she has changed him is indescribable. I think Heavenly Father for her all the time. The 2 of them together I am sure they could conquer the world. Aunt Suzi is what I like to call a Hoot and a Half I do not know what we did for fun at family functions with out her. She is soooooo funny! Aunt Suzi loves my kids and spoils them rotten. Which is part of the reason why I love her but she has touched my life in a way I could never explain. I am so thankful for how she has brought my huge family together and filled gaps with only love and fun! I love you Aunt Suzi! Thanks for coming into my families life and making it a lot better!
Sorry for the long blog but I just wanted to take the chance to tell them I love them. To Aunt Ginnie and Kathy I love you, too! Thank you all for teaching me how to be a great wife and mommy!

Just because.....

So Aaron started his new job at CSX a couple weeks ago and he loves it. He was training for 2 weeks and has started his normal shift this week. Which is 3:00 in the afternoon till 11:00 at night. Which is not the worst but it is certainly not the best. I went to sleep last night before he got home and woke up this morning to flowers on my table with a sweet love note. Isn't nice to be loved? I may not be a fan of the shift but I am thankful he has a job and that he has a job he loves. I am also thankful for my sweet hubby who still buys me flowers after almost 5 years of marriage. I think he's a keeper!

Jammes/ Jackson/ Graden/ Graden/ Presgraves time!

So last Friday Me, Aaron, the kids, my mom, Dad, Jen , Shawn, Kynleigh, Aunt Debbie and Uncle Joe went to my Uncle Kenny's house to go to dinner We love him and his wife and they have a house that is a dream for little kids. I mean a dream their house includes a pond for fishing, a pool, donkeys, ducks, dogs, birds and toys like you could not even imagine waiting for all the kids. Well, Aaron got the idea to have a fish off. Whoever caught the first fish was the WINNER. Aaron was so confident I would lose. It was unbelievable so my goal was to simply win. Now Aaron being so sure of himself was justified because he and Grumps (mike) go fishing AT LEAST 2 times a month. So me winning was really a long shot. Well after getting caught in the trees a couple of times and moving around the pond I CAUGHT THE FIRST FISH!!!!!!!!!!! Oh my lands I was soooooo excited I squealed with glee and scared my mom and Harris. I won! I won! I won! To be fair Aaron did catch a fish shortly after I did but I still won! Thanks Shawn for your help baiting the hook and then getting the fish off the hook and back in the water. For all the fish lovers non were harmed in the making of this victorious moment.

The Zebra!

So a couple of months ago my family and I went to the Alligator farm in St. Augustine. Well we were having a grand time then we came the Zebra. What you ask a Zebra at the Alligator farm? Yes! In one of the exhibits that had all the vultures and birds they had a fake Zebra that looked dead to rein act how the birds ate in the wild. Well after we were done and on our way home Abigail says to me. " mom, why did the alligators eat the Zebra?" I told her that it was fake or pretend. But I guess some things are just too hard for a 3 year old to fully understand. So today months later she said to me this morning " Mom I still do not understand why those mean alligators had to eat that zebra" Oh I think I may have traumatized Abigail for life.

Aaron was working so it was just me and the kids. We had a great time Zebra and all.

Here's mom on stroller duty while we were taking some pics. I Have a great mom!!!!!
Look how cute Harris and Kynleigh are.

Abigail feeding the alligators. She loved it!!!!

Other than the zebra we had a great time we even were there during them putting a new alligator that had been caught in a lake in Georgia into one of the pits. It was really neat!
